Born in Chile in 1975, has lived the last 7 years in Northern California, USA, where he works as VP CFO of Fetzer Vineyards, known as the largest Organic grown wine producer with Bonterra wines and the largest B-Corp winery in the world. Before he worked as Corporate Planning and Management control Director at Viña Concha y Toro in Chile and as Planning and management control partner at Southwest Consulting. Today he is CFO in Dole Diversified División .
Cristian Vivanco González
Business executive and board member with extensive experience in finance, technologies and corporate governance across South American companies. He served as a CFO an CIO for industries including trading, aeronautics and automobile in charge of the digital transformation of business and operations with great experience on enterprise systems, data and analytics. Cristhian holds a Master in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering.
Mario Alejandro Charlin Stein
years of experience as operations manager and manager of Lean Management in large corporations at an international level. Started the design and construction of supercritical extraction machines in 2005, earning a CORFO fund in 2010 to build the first national model of a supercritical extraction machine. He collaborated with cannabis health foundations to develop the national phytopharmacology market.

Jorge is a former high-level executive from Laboratorio Chile, Former CEO of Laboratorio Andromaco and also co-founder and shareholder of Conosur drugstores, Conosur was a 62 pharmacies chain that has being sold in 2001 to Cruz Verde drugstores. Jorge is currently CEO and shareholder of Multifrigo, one of the biggest cold warehouses in Chile.
María Trinidad Lyng Benítez
MD, Trinidad is a physician from the Catholic University of Chile, where she also trained as a psychiatrist. She currently works in Clinica UC San Carlos de Apoquindo. Her Interests are perinatal psychiatry and psychiatry of patients.
Van der Bok Busboom
Mr. Busboom brings 35 years’ experience in the financial markets of Wall St, Bay St and Chicago futures markets. He also has over 25 year’s involvement in agriculture including extensive experience in greenhouse management and cultivation, having designed, built and operated a 20,000 sq. ft. indoor facility throughout the 1990’s. Holding a BSc in Agricultural Science and Chemistry from the University of Vermont and having been both a CSC and Series 7 licensed broker in the US and Canada as well as a registered Commodity Trading Advisor and Commodity Pool Operator. Mr. Busboom brings a unique combination of skills and experience. Mr. Busboom speaks Spanish, Portuguese and French in addition to his mother tongue of English.
Paolo is a Management Consultant and Entrepreneur, launching Elemental in early 2019 as a boutique innovation consultancy. He’s worked within global firms such as WPP and Publicis Group, along with a start-up agency Mass Minority. While at Mass Minority, Paolo created and execute a new business strategy that lead to 200%+ YoY revenue growth two years running. While at Deloitte he sat on the firm’s cannabis file and worked on various cannabis projects for the firm, including Alberta Cannabis and developing the firm’s internal data proposition. He currently sits on the board of Ahmic, a private merchant bank making investments in US based cannabis businesses
